Thankfully, entry to gym via the main building reception has been reinstated. However, parking directly outside is extremely restricted. 
It is therefore requested that visitors park in the main car park and walk along the short drive to the building. See image below

Take the A1120 (Stowmarket and Stowupland exit) at Junction 50 of the A14.
In Stowupland village, turn left down the side of The Crown Public House, marked Stowupland High School.

Follow the drive to the far end and park. Walk along the short drive towards the main building & sports halls.

There is (usually) abundant free parking outside the hall.

The hall is directly facing the back of St. Peter’s Church and between the John Peel Centre and the library.

From the traffic lights at the crossroads by the market place in the centre of Stowmarket, turn into Station Road West towards the Church.
Immediately before the Church turn right into Church Walk and follow the road as it bends to the left.
St Peter’s Hall is on your right after the goods entrance for the shops

Parking at St. Peter’s is rather more problematic.
The two best places to park are at Asda and the Union Street Car Park.

Access to Asda is via Iliffe Way and then a couple of minutes walk past the store via Market Place and Buttermarket to Church Walk.

The Union St. car park is accessed via Union St West, off Gipping Way, then following left to the Short stay car park.
There is a walk-way directly through to the road opposite the church.
