Following the Government’s announcement of a national lockdown re-starting from Thursday, 5th November, the decision has been taken by the Bury St. Edmunds league to postpone the start until at least December.
If, by then, the lockdown comes to an end and is not extended, it is anticipated that rules in place will be the same as they are at present. In such case, the league would aim to start the league from the week beginning on 7th December.
However, nothing can be predicted with any certainty, so please bookmark this page and return to it for updates.
In place of the matches which were scheduled for Wednesday evening, 4th Nov, it is planned to run a practice session with the same timings as the Friday session described below.
The Club Covid policy will be in place also.
