Sessions at St Peter’s Hall and Stowupland School

As explained on the home page, playing sessions are already underway on Monday mornings and Friday evening sessions are due to start on the 30th October.

There are 2 separate 1 hour sessions on each of the two days, separated by 15 minutes for changeover and cleaning.

Monday

• 10.30am – 11.30am
• 11.45am – 12.45pm

Friday:

• 7.15pm – 8.15pm
• 8.30pm – 9.30pm

Advance booking is required for all sessions. Booking for the first Friday session will be open from 5pm on Monday 26th October. Booking for the first session on Fri 30th Oct will be open from 5pm on Mon 26th Oct.

 Please state which session you would like and whether the other session would be ok if your first choice is fully booked.

The cost will be £3 which can be paid by BACS to Sort Code 090151 Account No 91068306 or cash at the session, please have the correct money and drop it into the cash box, this will be cleaned later.

Below is a copy of the operating policy which you should all read, please as it is important we abide by the conditions laid down. Entry will be by the usual door which should be kept open along with the emergency fire escape to maintain better ventilation. It is recommended that you wear a mask while in the hall but this can be removed when playing. 

Please use the hand sanitiser which is provided on entry and bring your own for use during the session. Please do not attend, and let me know in advance if you are displaying any Covid symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has it or is self-isolating. Finally it is a requirement that your membership of TTE has been renewed. This provides public liability insurance for members and can be done at https://tabletennisengland.co.uk/membership/register-or-renew/
